absolutely. Most first timers dont do HCG at all

Kale: can you offer any benefits / disadvantages to going an extra two weeks. Lotso fo bros here seem to think that the eleventh and twelvth week really solidify the gains...Several said twleve was the gold standard. I don;t go in for slogans but I'm into ten and have extra enth. I've read your many posts and respect your opinion....it is greatly appreciated.
