What to bridge with and for how long ???

I just finished my six cycle and want to bridge in order to do another cycle before summer , please advise me on what I will need to take for the bridge and how long should I bridge before starting my next cycle ?? My last cycle was as follows..
wks 1 - 4 Prop ( 150 mg EOD )
wks 1 - 14 Enan ( 900 mg wk )
wks 1 - 12 Deca (500 mg wk )
wks 8 - 14 Winny ( 50 mg day )
wks 1 - 15 Liquidex (.5 mg day )

My current stats are 42 yrs old , 6' 4 " tall , 330 lbs

Bridging will keep your natural levels shutdown, I suggest you either come off and recover or cruise (go on HRT 125mg/wk test).

At 330 6'4 what's your BF sittin at? Could be very unhealthy and should get your BW done to see how your cholesterol etc checked...

Proviron is the only androgen that should be bridged with.

i don't like the idea of bridging with any kind of steroid . maybe hgh/slin/igf1

Test E 250mg EW or just come off and go on full PCT with slin/gh/igf. Whatever you take in regards to AS is going to leave you shut down, even somthing mild like var or the famous am Dbol bridge. Have been reading allot about Proviron , but dont know enough to comment.
