Newbie needing advice..
I've been working out with protein and no2 and similar products and havent near as much in gains as id like to. First off im 18 years old 5 10 and 140 pounds ive been working out good 3-4 times a week and drinking tons of water and eating stuff high in protein and carbs, yet i havent been gaining weight and haven't been seeing gains. what would you vets suggest i do or use?

keep what your doing..u will grow natural for a bit longer

Make sure you eat at least 6 meals a day i would go with 8 for you though. Try a weight gainer or if you can't afford it try this: 8oz apple juice, 8oz milk, 1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 4 eggs and a banana mixed in a blender it tastes good and has 900 calories as a post workout shake. Just make sure you are training hard and eating enough and you will grow. good luck bro.

is it bad to eat junkfood? like honey buns have 600 calories but does that hurt my growth?

sure you'll gain weight, but you'll put on a good amount of fat if you eat lots of junk food
