    Anavar and fat loss

    What's the best diet to follow on anavar ? Is a normal cuttin diet sufficient? I have read that anavar's fat loos is mostly in the midsection. Has anyone experinced any shoulder, back, chest area fat loss on anavar. If so what would the best type of workout or diet be for that. Is there another type of steroid that might be better suited for what im lookin for? Thanks

    There isnt a particular diet or training regimen that is set for each compound. If you're looking from proper diet and exercise routines there are appropriate forums for both of them on this board where you'll find plenty of info.
    Spot reduction is also a myth as well. If you have particular areas you'd like to lose bf from, you'll need to lower your overall bf %.
    As far as bf reduction while using var, i've never really noticed anything above and beyond what I normally would on cutter without running it. It is excellent for hardening you up though and increasing your strength but I wouldn't rely on it for a fat burner.
    As far as a better compound, what are your exact goals/stats?

    I am 224 about 19% bf 5-10. My goal is 205 11% bf.

    I wanna cut and gain strength, but i like my mass and size where it is. I've been cutting for like 5 month's. lost about 18 pound's

    I think var is great for fatloss. On my last var cycle i lost some fat and i didnt even diet. I noticed pretty big changes around "middle section".
