    What time to take Winny

    I start my work out around 5pm. I take 10mg when I wake up around 6am. I would like to know what is the best time to take it so I will be peaking during my workout? Corruntly I take it around 2-2:30. Should I move it up or down?

    I am only taking Winny right now. 20mg a day.

    I did not want to go all out and take 50 mg a day or stack it with anything. I have read up and it said that the effects can differ. i started at 20 but I will be bumping it up to 50 and might stack it with test. I am still not sure what would be the best thing to do.

    5'9 200lbs 14% bf

    Most of the BF is my love handles.

    This would be the first time I have took anything... It was suggested to ease into it. I hope this answers your questions.

    I do cardio 3-4 times per week for 20-30 mins. I know they say 30-60 min but I work long hours and I do not have the time to do it.
