    Bruising Really EASY...

I have never bruised so easily, until I started gear. Is this all in my head or what? I don't even know where the bruises come from, they're just appearing randomly..?

Could be in your head or you could be iron deficient or deficient somewhere else.Also,stop/putting/resting dropping DB's on your thighs..lol...

I started bruising also. Not badly but I don't ever bruise. My gym partner looks like some one took a hose to him. Neither of us bruise off cycle.

Pinn, I do get them on my thighs! Freakin' 90lb. DB's for incline press!

Novice, good input, that's why I thought too about the RBC's. I too never used to bruise, before getting on cycle. My calf looks like someone hit me with a shovel!

I would check to see if you have iron difficency. I had iron difficency before and I would bruise all the time and have no clue where they came from. I don't have this prob no more!

i noticed bruises on my shin's from deadlifts when i'm on cycle maybe its just the increase in strength so therefore the increase of weight i'm lifting and i'm running the barbell against my legs harder because of the added weight... only thing i came up with

Most steroid increase red blood cells, that could be the main cause of bruising. Also iron deficiency, (anemia) try eating more steak or supplement a chelated form of iron.

Bruises are not caused by increases in RBC or iron problems. The most likely causes of brusing is low thrombocytes (these are the pieces of megakaryocytes that break apart to form clots) or could be liver deficiencies. What kind of juice are you on???

Ok, looked it up...Test E. and all of the esters for that matter cause a decrease in clotting factors 2,5,7,10 (the clotting cascade can be found in any pathology book). These are protiens made in the liver that stop the micro leaks that occour in you vascular system. I would assume that it is dose dependent.

I'm bruising rather easily as well!

Today I really messed up my hip...I jumped into my car rather quick and pinched a vein that goes down from my hip to my thigh! Now when I look at it the vein is visible with slight bruising around it. It hurts like a bitch and I'm walking like a cripple!
