    Starting to cut during PCT

    Alrihgt so my plan is to do 12 weeks of test-e and kick it off with 4 weeks of d-bol (30mg). I was planning to start using clen my last week of my cycle and running it untill the end of my PCT. (total of 6 weeks-using Benadryl of course) I was planning to lean bulk while on my cycle then try to cut after week 12 andgoing through the PCT while using Clen. I have been doing reading that is making me double guesse myself. From what I have read it is essential to consume lots of calories after the cycle and through PCT to keep ganes . My question is, Has anybody started to cut DIRECTLY after cycle and/or used Clen during PCT. THANX GUYS!

    It kind of depends on your goals. If you want to try to keep as much as possible, I would keep the calories up

    keep cals up during pct. then cut, or you'll end up loosing alot of gains

    Durring pct increase the calories or at least the same as you was durring the cycle, calories are very important to keeping hold of the gains, clen is a very good compound for pct to help hold onto the ,gains and help prevent you going catabloic, save cutting until you have finished pct.

    when you come off your lucky to keep all your gains even if you do pct correctly and eat like a horse so i really dont suggest it(i tried it last year and i was not happy with the results at all lol)
