Issues with cycle, back/neck pain, painkillers, etc. NEED HELP FAST!!

    i have an issue.

I had an entire cycle, complete, waiting for me. I waited about 2 and a half years to learn a bit more, try to gain more weight, etc.

Just left the cycle in a safe spot waiting for me.

I recently, I'd say towards the end of summer, devoloped a back and neck problem. I have pain that can be excrushiating at times, and not be that bad at others. I had to take time off of the gym because it hurts so much.

After physical therepy, it made me feel way better...now out of no where it hurts like a son of a bitch again.

But I can't wait anymore. I'm gonna go back to the gym and plan to juice in another 2 months or so.

My question to you brothers is how can I work around this pain?

Will the pain go away after lifting again? Will juice help or hurt?

Can I take painkillers on the real bad days when I can't take the pain while i'm on juice?

I have Hydrocod/Ibuprofe pills but what I don't understand is it says take 1 tablet every 6 hours.

I dont wanna do that, I just want to take it when it hurts, but will that work or no?

One more question is my back and neck hurts until i crack them. Than they give me relief for about 20 mins than it comes back and hurts again, than i crack it, and it goes away. That's how an average day passes. Can't take it anymore, but they can't find anything wrong with me to operate or anything...

    Feedback??

could be nerves..could be anything prolbably going to have to see a speacialist and the SCRIPT says takes one every 6 hours because usally when despensed a prescription of that nature the person is in constant pain usally some sort of oral surgery broken bone etc. but use your better judgement if you dont need 1 every six hours dont take it

what kind of doc did you see?? Probably will want to see an ortho specalist. If you can get an MRI they are relatively expensive but if your necks jacked-up it will find the problem. I had a problem similar to tis a couple of years ago from doing heavy benches and pushing off with my neck...it turned out to be a reoccouring muscle/ligament strain. Not much could be done except lay off it. Pain meds will stop your nerves from sending pain signals to you brain but it may be like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound....and could give you a false sence of security allowing you to do more damage to it. Good luck Bro..

Try to find a chiropractor that specializes in sports injuries. Remember that most doctors treat symptoms ie. the pain. A chiro will try to treat the problem. I used to be a doubter until the company nurse convinced me to give it a try. My treatment consists of more than just getting my back cracked (adjusted), it also consists of active release and an altered workout.

It isn't a quick fix but something that should last.

I'm sure that if you ask around at your gym a few of the members will know somebody that they swear by.
