1st time Quad was a cake walk.
My g/f has always given me glute shots but I just did my fist quad shot and it was so easy.

I do feel like I have a nice Charlie Horse in my quad but it’s not too bad this morning and I’m not limping. I’m on my first EOD Sust cycle so I only injected .8cc.

I love quad shots. They are the easiest and most painless for me. I get 0 pain from them.

hitting a nerver is so friggen weird. Your whole body jumps. I hate doing quads. I say about 20% of the time i hit a nerve.

When I shot my right quad on Wed night I did it with my leg straight with just a little bend in my knee. Last night I was having a little pain and stiffness when I would bend my knee to a 45 degree angle. Should I do my left quad injection tonight sitting down with my knee already bent at a 45 degree angle? I know once I have shot my quads a few times this will be less of a problem.
