calories/cycle ?
im not sure if this is the right page or not but i view this page the most so here it goes. im apologizing up front if this is the wrong page.
while on my cycle, test e and deca .... should i not do any cardio where i dont burn as many calories and my muscles have more calories to feed off of? thats prolly hard to understand, its not coming out in writing like i want. i guess im trying to ask should i do any cardio? and if i am doing crdio should i up the calories? alll calories im taking in are good no junk!

yea definately do some sort of cardio... im bulkin right now myself, and i do 20min of cardio 3X a week... just light though, on an elliptical or tredmill... wanna keep your cardiovascular health in good shape. Keep the cals around 4500 - 5000 and you'll be fine

god its so hard eating that much!! im stuffing myself and eating so much damn fish and chicken im gonna turn into one. i usually do my cardio on saturday and sunday mornings with no weight trsining. but saturdays i go all out on the cardio, i do one hour on the treadmill at a 30% incline at 3.5 mph..... according to the machine i burn around 1300 calories, sundays i only do about 30 minutes same speed and incline

Hey Bro,
Either your calorie counter is busted or mine is....1300cals. an hour, have you check your HR...must be pumping like 230-240. Best I can do is 650-780 and I pace it at 6.0-10 mph on intervals. Might want to have someone do calibration, or maybe it's me....

it's important to do cardio no matter what your goals are; you just do more or less dependant on those goals.
When I'm bulking I'm eating 4500 cals/day and doing cardio EOD.

its the incline that makes me burn so many if i did an hour at that speed with no incline then i would prolly burn half that. i dont really go by what the machinme tells me all i know is that it is consistent, every time it says about the same thing so i know im getting the same thing every time no matter how many calories i trully burn

theres no way anyone could do 6 or 10 mph on a 30% incline, it would kill you!!! i have that the inclines burn more calories than anything!!! the incline puts it on me, my calfs get a great workout from it, if i miss a week they are sore the next day!

just go nice and steady on an elliptical for 20-30 min....
