T3 and Clen..when should I start?
I have just gotten through the first week of my cycle of Tren A 75mg EOD...And Winny 50 mg ED..EQ 600 OAW...And I just threw in some test E 300 mg...My question is when should I start the Clen and T3...and how many MCG's a day? And do I need to up anything in order to not lose a lot of size from clen and t3???thanks guys.

Woops my age is 29...not 19..haha..i'll change that..ive done about 7 cycles..stats are 5'10 230..

as far as how much clen and t3, do a search on these threads and you'll find all the info you need on that. you can also go to the "steroid profiles" section of this board to find out more. when taking both, you're supposed to take the normal doses you would of each saying as they both affect you differenly.
now, have you ever used either of them before? if not, you might want to try one at a time to see how they each affect you first. possibly start with clen, do it for 2 weeks, then take nothing for 2 weeks, then try the t3 for 2, off for 2, then do both for 2. don't do the eca in-between as ephedra and clen hit the same receptors in your body and it will not help reduce receptor downgrade if you do.
remember to up your dose slowly, particularly with the clen, and keep track of your body temp, rhr, bp and make sure all is within acceptable limits.
the clen is anti-catabolic so should help prevent muscle loss while on your cut-up cycle, but t3 does usually make most people lose muscle as well as fat. that's why these 2 are a good combo. doing t3 on it's own for 2 weeks though shouldn't be too bad and again, trying both seperately will let you know how you respond to each.
when to start? well, make sure you follow through with your pct. other than that, whenever you feel you're ready to start cutting up is fine.
last, as far as preventing muscle loss, the best you can do to prevent that is keep your protein intake high. at least 2g/lb bodyweight and up to 3g/lb.

could eventually cycle the clen /ecy with a benadryl flush after the clen-worked very well for me
