protein, creatine, glutamine and 8 meals a day with very heavy weights. most cannot see themselves eating 8 meals a day so thats the conviencing point right there.

Im not trying to be a prick but this question just never makes sense to me. This isnt the first thread about it. I mean the only people that would ask me are friends so I say Im on juice (but they already know) is some random at the gym or w/e asks me i dont even open my mouth with a response, I go to the gym to workout and I dont talk to anyone, let alone some moron that has the balls to come up and ask about juice. Actually I would probably laugh and then keep working out.

I don't tell 'em anything.
Quite frankly it's none of their business.

More people asked me if i tood steroids when I was a natural than they do now...
( I rarely supplement with mild aas now though) When I was 17 I had a higher BF % , so I appeared more bulky in my clothes. Now that my bodyfat is considerably lower everyone asks me if I lost weight......funny thing is I still weigh the same if not more then when I was fatter.
LOL at the docters office , when I stepped up on the scale she started me off at 150lbs, then I said " You might want to bump that up" . I ended up weighing 247lbs without eating anything the entire day. Pisses me off.
BUT use the ol bob sapp routine......CREATINE! If he can use it, by god I can too.

depends who they are. if its the little annoying guy who wants to be like u just tell them to use the entire muscle-tech stack. they will usually leave u alone after that.

u dont necessarily have to be 'big' to get asked that type of question.
I was asked that by a lot of people who hadn't seen me in 6+ months after I started working out and im only 6'1 - 205

For me, I think it's best not to broadcast it, if your dementions are a little bigger than normal, it's best to cover up in places that you might get unwanted attention, like the gym. Friends and family are mostly concerned about your health-with all the bad press surrounding aas can you blame them. It's your jobs fellas to reasure them that your taking care of yourself, and not risking your health, (and make sure you are with regular blood work liver care etc). For family I like to emphasize the lifestyle of bodybuilding like all the protein, my six meals a day, the training. If you live the lifestyle, most of the time they don't ask a lot, but if you get huge, and your weight fluctuates a lot, your gonna get questions. My favorite answer to family, girlfriends etc... is "I wanna be around for a long time for you, and I would never do something to jeopardize my health". If you believe it they will. Other than family and friends the answer to their questions is "no, protein and exersise".
