hey... i was told on a good and proper way to do this cycle...

DONT DRINK THE TEST you take your cycle of test for 10-12 weeks right you want to run winny for about 4 weeks at about 50mg/ed your pct wont be effective until your androgen levels drop from admiinistering testosterone ...that takes 2 weeks after your last injection of ENANTHATE 18 days for cypionate ...in those 2 weeeks when you are not getting testosterone from an exogenous source..its good to have an anabolic compound(winny) to keep you going...but you want winny to be ran for more that 2 weeks so you start it at week 10 and go through to week 14...one day before you start your pct...then you run 40mg/ed of nolva 100mg/ed of clomid for 30 days (this is your pct pct=post cycle therapy ) to restore natural production of testosterone as it will be shut down and there is your cycle and pct keep diet/rest/training in check and you should be all set..(Anabolis told me this)

now one question i have regarding this cycle is that which week should i take the nolva and clomid?

oh ok. so then i take them both starting at week 10 for 30 days. do i stack every single thing at this point or take them seperately
