    dianabol and gyno?

    Hi,
    I'm taking dianabol at the moment, 70mg a day for 5 days a week. I'm also using tamoxifen 10mg tabs, taking just one a day. is that enough? am i taking enough dianabol also?

    The amount of nolva needed is on an individual basis. If you start to notice any puffiness or irritaion/itchiness, then increase the nolva dose.
    70mg a day? That's quite a bit. I'm hoping this isn't your first time using d-bol, otherwise that's over twice the amount you should be using.
    What's your cycle exp/stats?

    Hey bro

    D-bol should not be run buy it's self. Is should be used as a cycle jump start. If i was you i would stop taking the d and do some reasearch.

    70mg/day?? i find it way to much for an advanced athlete too, up to 50mg i think its enough
    how much do u weigh? over 300 pounds?
    Nolva it usually taken twice a day 2x10mg, but it depends mayde 10mg its enough for u

    ok i have to admit, i am nothing compared to you guys. i've been at the gym for 2/3 of a year now, i went there to get into shape. when i started i had no muscle hardly and weighed in at 231 pounds. I'm 6ft tall and age 20. I lost a considerable amount of weight through diet and gym and I now stand at 197 pounds.

    I'm extremely amateur when it comes to steroids . This guy said to me you can bulk up using dianabol and he said take 6 tabs a day. 2 in the morning with breakfast, 2 in the afternoon with lunch and 2 before a workout. He says there the real deal. I've noticed changes in my mood recently and I suppose i've bulked up a little bit. I've been using them now for 3 weeks. Attached is a pic of the tab. I'm not sure whether there 5mg or 10, it doesnt say on it.

    advice would be good. like should i continue with this stuff? take it alongside something else? i want ideally to stick to oral products. i'm quite trim at the moment, i just need to get the arms bulging for when i go on holiday this summer. 6 pack would be good too.

    Less than 1 year is nothing! You don't have enough experience to use steroids .
    And you are too young. Wait a couple of years. Train hard, eat enough quality food. You can gain muscle without steroids .

    fair enough that seems ok if i go seriously into steroids.

    what can i take for a cycle of a couple of months? for quick bulking?

    dude, you do NOT need steroids!! You NEED to work on your diet and training. Steroids will only give you good, keepeable results if you have a sound nutrition and training program in place. A good portion of the weight gained from dbol will be water weight anyway and you will lose it when you stop that is why dbol is usually used to kick start a cycle of injectable steroids. You have lots of reserach to do on AAS, diet, and training. Get off the gear as youre not physically or mentally ready for it. If youre looking for the quick fix, it doesnt exist in this game!

    Like everyone else said, anti-e's are one of the most debateable aspects of AAS, no matter what advice you get it always takes a little bit of personal adjustment to find what works best for you. But it is wise to run one so good job on that at least. But what is your full cycle, im with Gsxxr in saying that you should not be using it alone. 70mg ED...well I will wait to hear your cycle experience to pass judgment on that dose.

    And the other 2 day???

    So. My questions:
    - What do you take with the d-bol?
    - Why do you use it in a 5days on 2 days off form???

    i said before, i dont have any experience at all. im here to learn from you guys.
    i dont take anything with the d-bol. i was told to take 2 days off a week

    1 kg chicken breath a day with 1 kg rice.
    Plus 4-6 protein shake/day.

    i eat plenty of chicken and rice already and i have my fair share of protein shakes. what i meant to say is what steroids can i take?

    My bet is you dont!! Eat like this first and you'll be amazed how the gains come. If you cant eat like this, there is no point in taking steroids either!

    i've had a good read of this. i thought you were suppose to wait for 2 hours before you have a workout?

    Ok i want to go through this in detail.

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
    Does this mean raw eggs? if so, you just disregard the yolk?


    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
    Does this mean 1 and ½ cups of brown rice when uncooked?

    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Does this mean dextrose as in dextrose powder (glucose?)

    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

    i usually eat 30-60 minutes before I work out, it just depends on my schedule

    No, you can either hardbroil them, scramble them, or drink the pasteurized eggwhites from the carton (I'd do one of the first two) Yes disregard the yolk

    I am assuming after it is cooked..1 1/2 cup brown rice uncooked would be like 3 cups cooked..which is a whole lot of rice..plus 1 1/2 cups cooked comes out to about those macros
