D-bol should not be run buy it's self. Is should be used as a cycle jump start. If i was you i would stop taking the d and do some reasearch.

70mg/day?? i find it way to much for an advanced athlete too, up to 50mg i think its enough
how much do u weigh? over 300 pounds?
Nolva it usually taken twice a day 2x10mg, but it depends mayde 10mg its enough for u

Like everyone else said, anti-e's are one of the most debateable aspects of AAS, no matter what advice you get it always takes a little bit of personal adjustment to find what works best for you. But it is wise to run one so good job on that at least. But what is your full cycle, im with Gsxxr in saying that you should not be using it alone. 70mg ED...well I will wait to hear your cycle experience to pass judgment on that dose.

ok i have to admit, i am nothing compared to you guys. i've been at the gym for 2/3 of a year now, i went there to get into shape. when i started i had no muscle hardly and weighed in at 231 pounds. I'm 6ft tall and age 20. I lost a considerable amount of weight through diet and gym and I now stand at 197 pounds.
I'm extremely amateur when it comes to steroids . This guy said to me you can bulk up using dianabol and he said take 6 tabs a day. 2 in the morning with breakfast, 2 in the afternoon with lunch and 2 before a workout. He says there the real deal. I've noticed changes in my mood recently and I suppose i've bulked up a little bit. I've been using them now for 3 weeks. Attached is a pic of the tab. I'm not sure whether there 5mg or 10, it doesnt say on it.
advice would be good. like should i continue with this stuff? take it alongside something else? i want ideally to stick to oral products. i'm quite trim at the moment, i just need to get the arms bulging for when i go on holiday this summer. 6 pack would be good too.

He take this ammount of dianabol 5 times a week... LOL...
And the other 2 day???
So. My questions:
- What do you take with the d-bol?
- Why do you use it in a 5days on 2 days off form???

And you are too young. Wait a couple of years. Train hard, eat enough quality food. You can gain muscle without steroids .

1 kg chicken breath a day with 1 kg rice.
Plus 4-6 protein shake/day.

i eat plenty of chicken and rice already and i have my fair share of protein shakes. what i meant to say is what steroids can i take?

No, you can either hardbroil them, scramble them, or drink the pasteurized eggwhites from the carton (I'd do one of the first two) Yes disregard the yolk

I am assuming after it is cooked..1 1/2 cup brown rice uncooked would be like 3 cups cooked..which is a whole lot of rice..plus 1 1/2 cups cooked comes out to about those macros
