Ive been training fulltime for approaching a year. i have had good results so far. i decided to wait all this time b4 using any gear to condition my muscles.


now i have 10ml of parabolin, 10ml cypinate, 10ml deca .

can some1 who knows what they are talking about write up some kind of program of how much to use, when to use. ive researched it all, however just abit unsure of when to start what etc and how to combine them. i have no prob juicin myself up. should i put some in bi, tri, shoulder? or all just in bum?

i was planning on an 8 week cycle.
