    Max-OT

    NO this isnt a steriod thread but this is the most popular place so here goes, i have stuck to the Max-OT work out pretty exact except for on exception i made everying 3 sets 6 reps, increased strength real fast, and did gain 6 pounds of muscle naturally in 4 weeks. then it all stopped once again i found something claiming to break by that plateu, but failed has anyone else tried Max-ot training
