    So upset - need cutting cycle info

    Damn, I just was at work and this company came in that had a body composition analyser...oh I guess I should say I work at a gym and some freaks did not just show up at my office with a body composition machine. My body fat was way higher that I thought it was, for years I hoovered around 10% to 13% but today I was 16.5% I was shocked and pissed at the same time.

    I would like to get some info on some good cutting cycles that would allow me to lose the fat but at the same time maintain of increase my muscle mass.

    My stats are:
    6'1" - 200 - 16.5% BF - done a few cycles in the passed and now I need to cut up. Thanks in advance for your help.

    i say ................. DIET/CARDIO will do as your cutting cycle.
