    When to take T3 and Clen

    I got my T3 and clen today and I already know my dosages and everything... I'm just wondering how far apart should I seperate my dosages? I think I am going to stop the clen around 3PM to help me sleep better at night also.

    Anybody have a good time chart? Also... what about taking it all at once in the morning?? Bad idea?

    morning empty stomach for the t3 and dont eat after for another 40-60mins..clen split doses up until 3-4ish depending on when you want to go to bed
