sustanon 250 question??

I've been reading about sustanon and it seems like the majority of people would agree that taking 500 mg of sustanon 250 for 12 wks, and injecting eod is ideally the way to go. My question is if you are injecting eod, then realistically you are injecting 750 mg of sustanon each wk. How would you split the dosage so it will come out to 500 mg by injecting 3 times a wk?

EOD is a suggestion based on the prop component. It is a suggestion.. not the golden rule.

Logically if you're shooting from an amp (containing 250 mg.. and you're only looking to shoot 500mg per week) you can shoot just twice per week.. every 3rd day:

That's good. Shooting myself twice a wk won't be so bad. EOD would of been hard for me, but Thanks for the input guys

ther's a debate on eod or 2x wk, out of 250mg you only get 30mg of prop, so it really doesn't matter,
