looking for injection info

Hey any help with some info on rotating injection site. I rotate back and forth from glute to glute but I want to now include my delts and quads and i am having a hard time finding actual info as to healthy areas to hit. Thanks for any help.

i think someone needs to record a injection happening real time and put on youtube to watch it step by step

i would but i barely know how to log on to ar, the only way is to save my password. i cant even convert picture to post here. hahaha let alone loading a video on a how to inject.. mabee someone with more knowledge i get nervous evertime i inject
