1st Cycle: Seeking EDUCATED advice.
Age: 18
Bodyweight: 200 pounds, 190 by cycle time. Around 25% body fat.
Height: 6’0 ft
Goal: Looking to cut extremely cut fat and gain lean muscle mass. Aiming for the ultimate physique. Wanting to gain muscle while cutting fat, increasing agility and power. Experience around a year.
To start off, this will be my first cycle. Before I begin the cycle I want to compile all information regarding pre-, during, and post- cycle. Looking to run Sustanon 250; 500mg’s total, injected on two occasions weekly (250mg 2x weekly).
Looking for opinions on rather or not I should stack the Sustanon 250 with Winstrol (stanozolol ) because from what I’ve read Winstrol offers users a “hard ripped look”. Although I’ve heard for a first cycle only one serving of test is recommended would the Winstrol be beneficial? Running the Winstrol at maybe 50mg tablet daily for entire 12 weeks?
I want if possible NO side effects, whatever that takes I’m willing to do. Also looking at Pheedno's PCT.

Multivitamin
Suggestions? Don’t hold back, I’d rather look stupid now then end up hurt.

look your bf is real high man i would diet first thing befor i touch the gear but it you get your bf to say 12% then i think 500mg/w sus for say 12 weeks and the winny the last eight

Well members will tell you that you may be at a BF% that would be considered too high. just hope you have the amount of willpower to start eating cleaner and keep it up.

You are going to want to see hwo you respond to aas first, so try test cyp or enan for 12 weeks at 500mg a week split into 2 injections.
It would be optimul to find out what kind of lifting routine makes you gain naturally first, so then your gains from aas included into that routine will be better.

I wouldnt suggest addign any more compounds to this cycle being that it is your first.

In the mean time, you have 3 years to get rid of the fat and get your BF down to around 12 percent and get your workout down pat so you have a successful first cycle when you are old enough.

Nark is bang on the money as usual. You dont need anything right now and it would be in your best interest to listen to Nark's advice, you are simply too young and inexperienced in training my friend.
I mean at 6'0 and 200lbs I would say ok thats decent but you could gain more naturally, and that is assuming you are like 10-15% body fat. At 25% you have to make some very long strides on your own before AAS can be any benefit to you.

Thanks for the information.
The response I should have assumed. I understand my bodyfat is still high, but 6 months ago I was around 270 same height. I’ve adopted a lean diet with 6 day cardio a week combined with the suggested strength training program found here (http://steroid.com/workout.php) with some additions. Can someone suggest something better?
I appreciate all the responses. I will continue my current training, but for future reference what is the honest difference of being 18 compared to 21 and running gear; given I had the everything else in order?
I know many “kids” 16 and 17 running test on a 1st and 2nd cycles. Problem is I can see there appearance gains are obvious and I’m working my ass off with a proper diet and supps and only see the fat cutting down, not much lean muscle mass to speak of.

its there boss, if youre getting stronger youre building muscle your BF is covering it.. listen to nark is he is dead right and the difference between 18-21 maturity in your body, youve already got test levels a 30 year old would kill for.. use it!
