How Much to shoot at one time

How many cc's should be injected at one time. I see all of these cycles with people running 400 mg/week on three different types of anabolics, how is that possible?

glute 2-3 if you got some meat
delt 1-2 same as above
chest 1
bi 1
trap 1
quad 2 i did 3 and dont recommend
calve 1-2
tri - 1 but you have two heads you can hit so 2 really

did 3 in quad and pec
2 in delts and tris
