    You are 21, I think you are close to being done growing. Would you please explain more of why you are asking adn give us more STATS on you> weight, height, yrs lifting naturally, any prior cycles...ect the more info you give us the better we can direct you

    Once your bones fuse I don't think there is anything that can make you taller. If you are talking about repair to bone damage that is a different.

    all anabolic hormones will IF you are still able to grow. The problem is that alot of them convert to estrogen which stops bone growth. They also need to be used for quite some time
