    Anti-Estrogen before a cycle?

    What do you guys think about taking anti-e's two weeks before the start of a cycle to get blood levels ready, and what would you recommend to take?

    The only thing you'll need to start early is Letrozole .

    The other commong ones you'll probably be running (Nolvadex or Arimidex ) can be used the day of to begin protecting your estrogen levels.
