three reasons not to re-use needles or syringes:

    1. the needle becomes dull after the first use. If you reinject, the penetration causes much more damage to skin and muscle tissue giving more irritation and will require more time to heal.

    2. most important is you have lost sterility. You are injecting a needle that has been exposed to unsterile conditions, it's dirty. Reinjecting will lead to infection more times than not. And I wouldn't use the same syringe barrel for the same reason. There is a reason why syringes and needles are manufactured and packaged in sterile conditions. Keep reinjecting dirty needles can lead to gangrene (tissue necrosis). I've seen this in IV drug users.

    3. like previously said, they are damn cheap. I think I got all I need for a cycle for about $15.
