If you list
STATS
GOALS
PREVIOUS CYCLE HISTORY
TRAINING HISTORY
etc
We can probably help you.. If not how do we know what to suggest..-B D
DO NOT ASK FOR A SOURCE, NONE SHALL BE GIVEN.
If asking cycle advice Post up Stats/previous cycle experience/goals!
If asking diet advice Post Stats/current diet/goals!

This will help even more. But Test only for a first cycle is a good idea!!!!

I would recommend Test Enanthate (T250) for a first cycle because of frequency of injections.. With T400 you'll need to shoot it Every other Day to take advantage of the short esters in the compound.
Like SMAN said, need more info...-B D

You don't need AAS you need more experience in lifting weights, you only have 1 yrs worth of training under your belt which in my opinion is not enough to start any AAS,
I would concentrate on diet and training for abit longer and get a good solid base to work from, then consider AAS to help you push past your sticking point.
might not what you want to hear but its the best advice for you, IMHO.

First step I'd take is going to the DIET FORUM and giving us a layout of your current diet.. You may "think" it is good, but I'd like to see it on paper and try and figure out why your gains have halted..
Agreed Marcus, good recommendation.-B D

besides what everyone said, take this advice, "YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO T400 FIRST CYCLE." T400 hurts like a bitch! Really

The gear is good for several years if you keep it cool and dark.
You are anxious and that is understandable, but this is YOUR BODY and you only get ONE so you want to do this right.
But, just my opinion
