    What do you think about this first cycle??

    I am 183 lbs with approx. 7% body fat. I have been lifting heavy for the past 12 months. I feel that I am ready for my first cycle. I have done my research and have come up with this cycle. It is very simple. Please reply back any experience with a cycle liek this one or any suggestions. I think this is a good combo for both moderate amount of mass gain and mod. amount of cutting. I am also looking for the least possible water retention:

    8 weeks:
    Combo of Dianabol and Anavar (total of 1500mg of Dbol and 1500mg Anavar)
    Nolv. all the way through
    5000 HCG i.u. for each of the last 2 weeks

    Also....if anyone has any suggestions for stretch mark products, please share the info....thanks

    Use A test only cycle for your first cycle.

    1) cycle is garbage
    2) I doubt your 7% bf
    3) how old are you? ................... list full stats

    for a 1st cycle stick to test E at 500mgs/week for 12 weeks.

    I do have 7% body fat, thanks. i am 24yrs old. 5'9 183. I have gained 32 lbs in the past year. I hit a wall a month and a half ago.
    Just use Test E.....Should i take anything else with it? how about nolv during or hcg ?

    YES use test e for 10-12 weeks.

    No need for anything else except nolvadex through out the cycle 20mgs/ed even 10mgs/ed is okay for your cycle.

    ya nolva would be a good idea
    since its your first cycle you dont know how you will react. So it is always a good idea to have an AI or SERM handy to see what fend off any potential sides.

    test e 500mg weel will put on muscle around 20 pds of muscle easily.

    20 lbs of muscle no you wish. 20 lbs you could hit but wont keep.

    Proabably 8-13 lbs at the most.

    Should i take Test E everyday or once a week? And should i use HCG during the last 2 weeks of my cycle?

    how what?

    you shoot 500mgs/week (twice a week maybe on Wednesday and saturday) if its your 1st cycle.

    just stick to clomid and nolva for pct.

    I say you need more research before you begin this cycle. It will only benefit your self in the end.

    That you very much. This was actually my first thread. Thank you to whoever is replying to the post, and thank you for not being an ass about my questions....i'm still learining.
    And, yes....i need to keep reading and reading and reading before making a decision on anything.

    Does anyone know of any good product for stretch marks? AN EFFECTIVE PRODUCT

    With only 12 months worth of training under your belts i personally think your not ready for AAS, i doubt it you have really mastered the art of lifting properly yet, i would learn as much as possible regarding AAS and carry on lifting and concentrate on your diet and training program,

    This will give you a good base to work from and build some natural muscle tissue on your frame, the early days of lifting are very important, get this correct and when you do start a cycle you will build muscle alot faster and better.
