Hi Guys Take a peep at my 4th cycle Hell Yeah Baby!
1 - 12 week Test E 500mg per week spilt up twice on (wed & saturday)
1 - 10 week Deca 400mg per week spilt up twice on (wed & saturday)
1 - 4 week M1T 20mg ED
1 - 12 week Nolvaex 20mg ED
7 - 12 week HCG 1000iu per week spilt up twice on (wed & saturday)
PCT
Clomid 15 - 17 week (300mg frontload) day1 , (200mg day2) , (100mg day3) , (50mg day4 onwards)
Height : 174cm
Weight 86kg
Bodyfat 18%
benching 220bls max
Training : comming to 3 years

Bottom line if he had researched about pct, he would know its 3 weeks for clomid not 2

There it is.. two aromatising compounds.. so you definately need an AI.
Letro would be best suited because Deca is a progestin... and letro down-regulates the progesterone receptors.
So this is a one-two punch
Some cabergoline in there would be great also
Thus your cycle would look like:
1 - 12 week Test E 500mg per week
1 - 10 week Deca 400mg per week
1 - 4 week M1T 20mg ED
1 - 12 week Letrozole 0.25 mg ED
1- 15 week Cabergoline 0.5mg E3D
7 - 12 week HCG 500 IU twice weekly

Ya PCT is all dependent on how your body recovers and its a person to person basis, there is no 100% flawless PCT that EVERYONE can use. Mine usually lasts 6 weeks.
But I would never cut it short of 4 thats for sure, 3 weeks is running a risk imo.
Im with you on the M1t comment as well, bump for answer. M1t isnt bad but I find the dose needs to be fairly high to notice the gains. D-bol is much better and in my experience the sides with M1t are worse, the worst back pumps of my life.

i dont really kept clean diet bro only when on cycle keke , But they Thank you for your advise Nark your ideal brings me into another better stage for my cycle !! PRos are the Pros STiLL! tHanKs

m1t at 10mgs will produce results you don't need high doses to get results i have used both dbol and m1t and agree dbol is better but m1t and small doses will produce results i just dont want some little kid thinking m1t is candy because it is not candy. just 10mg in 4 weeks with proper training and diet can put on 10-15 pds of muscle.

Don't wanna flame ya bro, but i'm natural, been lifting for almost 2 years and half (6 last month has really shown results) .....5'9" 195 Lbs <16% BF. so i hope i won't be at those same stats after 4 cycles..........

my max was above that, natural, at 19 years old weighing 170lbs. been training 3 years and already this is your 4th cycle? ah well, hope youve had nice results though. stick around here, read on the diet, workout and supplement forums, plus this one, and youl be suprised how much youl learn
