How do I use Clenbuterol for 10 weeks straight

I would like to use Clenbuterol for 10 wekks straight. When and how do I use the benadryl to do this? Is this the over the counter Benadryl?

dont take it 10 weeks straight,,it will stop working.
Use 2 weeks of CLEN then OFF/then 2 weeks ECA then back to the CLEN,,,alternate back and forth for the 10 weeks..
