couple of questions. How big are your arms, if they are bigger than 16" that will cause a problem with the machine. What were the other peoples readings ? Was it an automatic machiine or pump and stethoscope ?

no need to freak out... go see a doc... the thing is that gear raises BP and IMO u shouldnt start take BP meds if ur BP returns to normal when u quit gear.. 160/100 is high but it wont kill u in 2 weeks..

its really easy if u know where to put the stethoscope... first feel the pulse from the hand and when u find it place the stethoscope there.

BTW-I know heriditary Cholesterol is somthing that you can't do anything about without meds. But I would look into the diet forum and make sure your diet is in check. I would add some flax oil to your diet as it will help lower you cholesterol. You can also look into Hawthorn berries for BP while on and there are many other supps.

The gear that you're running is obviously giving you high bp on top of having high cholesterol naturally......your only option would be to start taking another drug for you bp (which I wouldn't reccomend) or try an otc product. A hawthorn berry + coq10 combo is the best.....I think you should just stop

lol well i only have 3 more weeks until im finished...ill pick up a hawthorn coq10 supp asap...no point in stopping now im too far into this cycle to just stop..at least thats how i feel..i knew there were risks before i started this cycle and im just gonna have to deal with them...i was just suprised because this is the first bad side effect since i started this cycle...

Donate some blood - that will help lower your BP.
-

Get with your doctor. They got all kinds of blood pressure pills. They will give
you samples. Most won't work. They have to find the right one. Trial and error. Usually its; try this for a couple of weeks and come back for tests.
Stay on top of this. Anvar makes my blood pressure go up. I think you are going to have to deal with this. I did, and it is not the end of the world. Most
blood pressure pills have a diuretis and it helps bloat. Good luck. Don't let this freak you out. You might taper down until this is under control. Good Luck.

Gear increases your blood fluid levels. This will subside once the cycle is over. A quick, easy way to bring it back is to simply donate some blood. Whatever you do, don't let it build and just "live with it".
