Hernia ???

Not sure where I would post this... but does anyone know if this might be a hernia... I will tell you what i feel.. I feel a pain only when i do like a ab crunch I feel a pain right above my pubic bone a little to the right, but the thing is i do not feel a lump at all... Could it be a pulled muscle in that area?.. cuase i was going heavy like a week ago with an ab machine and i felt like i pulled something then .. but it seems to be hurting only when i do a crunch motion... and when i cough i also feel it... whenever i contract that part of the abs.. but i have been feeling around for a lump and i dont feel anything.. even when i push the area hard trying to feel around for alump it don't hurt.. anyone know what this could be? can it still be a hernia ? I hope not!!

hernias dont always protrude outward to create a lump. make a doctors appointment to get the ol' hernia check! turn and cough!

well they dont really grab.....its more of a feeling up lol.

what exactly do they check anyway?... is there something I can do to test .. like maybe I am feeling in the wrong spot or something.. cuase i really don't have a doctor... don't have any medical insurance or anything.
