injection malfunction

i was injecting a 3 cc injection, i stabbed and pulled back and seen no blood. so i pushed about half the liquid in and a little voice in my head said to pull back again due to an acute stinging pain during injection and seen blood so i said f**k it and finished the injection without withdrawing and stabbing again.
my logic told me that i seen blood due to me moving needle around in glute during injection using left hand when im really right handed. is my logic wrong?
did i waste the liquid this wk? cause i made sure i didnt see blood b4 even commencing injention.

how large was your syringe..i imagine it would be extrememly hard or impossible to aspirate with a full syringe...not to mention it was a glute shot so its one handed..and no your oil is not wasted blood can come out after as long as there is no blood coming into the syringe upon aspirating

If you injected INTO your vein, you would know it immediately! you may have nicked a vein on the way in, and like you said moving the needle too much.

What were you shooting. Why a full 3cc at once?

to be honest it is only a 3 cc syringe

why not 300 eq on sunday and 300 on wednesday? that would be the ideal way to do it then you would only have 2.5 cc's on your sunday injection..not a huge difference but its better for stable blood levels anyways

may I suggest getting some 5cc syringes if you are gonna shot 3cc's at a time

i had half an inch to see if blood entered upon aspirating and made sure it did not , so im good to go ha.

It's not that shooting 3cc at once is bad, but if you are gonna do it, then a 5cc syringe will give you more room and you won't have to have the plunger pulled all the way to the end making it harder to inject and more painful if you move the needle around a lot,
Injecting oils shoudl be a slow process pushing it in anyway, so 3cc's will just take a while pushing on the plunger

ok...i assume your eq is 200mg/ml...you are shooting 400mg one time and 200mg the next....why not go 300mg each time 1cc=200 2cc=400 1.5cc's=300
