Do you think the drol dosage is a little high for a second cycle? I think maybe 50mg sounds a little more reasonable. I always liked the idea of Test prop the last couple weeks before PCT just so I could start PCT sooner.

I think it looks fine. What is your PCT for this? You may want to have letrozole on hand for the sides effects of the anadrol and consider starting it at 50mgs/day for the first week or two to see what weight gains you make then you can always jump it to 100mgs/day MAX. Since this is only your second cycle.
PCT should start 14 days after last Test E injection.

H20 will play a big factor in appetite reduction from the drol. Proviron will be quite useful if you want to get the most from your cycle.
