WELCOME EVO!!!!
I referred this brother soeveryone welcome him and lets help him the best we can. I know I learned everything I know from this board and I talked mad shat about the board.
I told him I think his cycle is iffy but he is growing and making good improvements so I dunno man, maybe he could have done better maybe not but thats what life is about learning. I know he diets like crazy because I see him all the time so he is commited to the game.

OK first fire.... how is your little soldier doing? there are other reasons that Test is preferred for a first cycle.
with the cycle you are doing, you are really supressing your natty test and that could ( not necessrily will) but could cause Decca Dick due to lack of testosterone !
Winny is better to take ED, but you can take it EOD

I hear alot about the winny but thats incorrect I used 50 mg eod. 50 every day is better but eod is fine. I will say that I did start eod and moved it to ed because winny is just a ton of fun

Welcome bro - you are losing weight - one of your goals. Except for running a test cycle first, sounds like you are on your way.

Update.
Just weighed myself, even after a bad weekend of slipping a little on the diet. I still managed to weigh in at under 230lbs. Pretty dam good so far. Lost about 15 pounds in just over a month. I wish I could post pics, chins can vouge for me, I lost a ton of it in my face and shoulders, upper body.
Stomach of course is last thing to go.
However, nobody has posted on whether the eq is a goodthing or not as the end of my cycle draws near.Last edited by Evolution-06; 05-15-2006 at 09:07 PM.

I would hold the eq for next cycle and do your 2nd cycle right, REAL RIGHT!
test/eq/winny
Finish up this cycle strong and proper pct so you come back to norm quick. Take 8 wks off and then come back strong as hell with the cycle I mentioned. Adding EQ right now I don't think would be the best thing possible.
Other opinions??

I think he used deca and winny to perserve muscle while he dieted and did hardcore cardio.

I think he is building muscle off the juice and 250 grams of protein.

Current Goals :
Was to maintain muscles mass that I have already built, while losing the fat that surrounds them. I do think the lack of strength right now is because of the low-cal diet, but it doesnt mean that I am not getting stronger. I just dont see the huge gains that people talk about. Which I dont mind that much about. I just want to keep what I have and lose the fat.
250grams protein, working out, juicing, muscle is being added. Theres no doubt. You can tell by looking at me. These guys at work could confirm this.

IMO, save the EQ and use it in your next cycle. And as your friend Chin says, run a good tight cycle next go round with Test and EQ winny being optional IMO, depends on how well you like it. You will find that the Test EQ cycle will produce more strength and size than what you are doing as wll as burning more BF and presenting a more ripped look than the Deca /Winny.

Evo, I would go with Test E or Cyp at 500mg/wk, and the EQ at 400 mg/wk. Run the Test for 12 wks and the EQ for 11 wks. Gyno is a possiblity with almost every cycle, you will find it is very much an individual reaction though, I am very gyno tolerant up to around a gram a week of Test, but some will show signs at 3-400mg/wk.

eq works best w/ low bf%, you will get more bang for your buck if you save it and deit first

I will continue my diet + cardio routine + lifting until then. As I have already made progress towards my goals of being sub 220lbs again. I believe this may be the weight that will put in the low teens to single digits body fat. Plus, I actually dunked a basketball again tonight after my league game. I have done that since I was 23 years old.
I am going to attach a generic pic of me trying to get a back shot in the mirror. The next time the woman is awake Ill get some real pics.
I have just been so frustrated with my weight rollercoaster... however, I hope I am on my way to a better, fitter life.
