rest or no rest
i cant stop working out at all!!! when i get done with a set i load up more weights and do another set with no rest inbetween sets. my body is not tired at all i just go at it for an hour without a break. b4 my cycle when i used to work out i would be sore the next day now im not sore at all been to the gym five days straight. and ready to go again. if my body is not tired between sets is it ok to keep going or should i take maybe a one minute break inbetween sets. done four injects of test cyp and been on tbol at 50mg ed for 11 days now. this is turning me into a human machine!!!! i cant stop but dont want to mess up my cycle either!!! please advice.. one more thing i am so amped up after an hour of hard training that i run for twenty minutes on the thread mill just to calm myself down. is this ok or will this hinder my gains when they come

I'm no expert but I sure you need to rest a little bit between sets.

at the very least, those 20 mins of cardio at the end of your workout are keeping you from getting your PWO meal as soon as possible

20 mins of cardio isnt bad for you after you've hit weights bro....so dont let that stop you from doing it.

my man u need rest , of course AAS will help increase ur strength but for u to go from set to set with no rest i don't think u r lifiting heavy enough i maybe wrong , also u need at least 1 min of rest between sets to help restore ur energy , i used to think that i can train everyday while on cycle but been told not to train more than 2 days in a row wether u r on cycle or not (body grow during rest) try doing ur cardio in ur off days insted of after ur workout although it is not that bad to do it after workout , i hope i helped with my very little experience

I think his question deals more with the fact that he can't fatigue his muscles no matter what he tries. He can go all out for a chest workout and even though he should be thrashed, he can still lift for more sets.

if ur in dire need of extreme cutting then one of the best times to do cardio is pwo when ur are already in a fat burning state but this will also to some degree prevent you from acquiring the LBM gains u would if u would fallow ur resistance training str8 into pwo nutrition.
still most ideal is morning on E

Hey tai...thanks bro and I'm fully aware of this....frankly i'm looking at the big pic of this guys situation and just didnt see where it can hurt him.Providing he gets the nutrition he needs after.

6 to 1 half a dozen to another..

skullsmasher ...I truly dont believe NarK is disagreeing with post workout nutrition....he disagrees with the fact that you guys think cardio will hurt you after weight training.Tai made some good points but thats what they are good points.I respect them ,however they are not the total tale in this game bro.You have different approaches in different guys training.beleive me when I tell you ive watched sevaral pro BB get on the tread and on the bike AFTER they slammed the weights.I dont think they would do that if it was going to affect thier muscle at all.

I'd like to ad just one more thing...guys ,I respect everyone of your opinions and thoughts, theories etc....especially the VETS,MODS and SENIORS...but i guess we have to undertsand that what works for some will not work for others DUH.....but sometimes one guy wont agree with someones statement or opinion and they are quick to fire off and blurt out its wrong or not right and I dont think thats productive at all.Its ok to agree and disagree cause we can all learn from that.

not everybody has the time to go to the gym twice a day either. I always do my cardio after training. Sure I suppose I could get up earlier in the morning and do cardio then, but I like that extra hour of sleep and as we all know, we need our sleep!
