Fat loss kicked into TURBO
Hey guyz,
Well I've been dieting and doing 45min cardio x 3/wk. It's amazing the results you can get from diet and cardio alone...with (EFA stack included). This IS the magic bullet for all who are looking for the short cuts. A little sweat, dedication and persistence. You just have to put in work. It's not easy at first but it becomes enjoyable (im my case anyway). I feel awesome after 45 min of busting my ass with cardio.
So, i've FINALLY got my diet down, cardio and lifting are going well. I was wondering, when I start my Tren /Prop/Winny should I see my BF loss kick into Overdrive? I've hear a lot of guys on here say that once they began their Tren/prop the fat just started to melt away. Any validity to this? Speak from personal exp. if you wish to comment.

When are you doing your cardio? How are you eating around it?

Thats the best way to do it cardio in the morning and liftin in the afternoon. Also good cycle tren , prop, winny, you can also replace the winny with ot tabs or anavar both these compounds help fat lose and strenght. Im currently doing 400mgs tren ace a week , plus 1000mgs prop a week , plus 40mgs t-bol ED and 1 15 mg anavar ED. works great for the beach!

if you can't do cardio in the morning or miss it how long after last meal should you waitto do cardio?

Depending on your goals, I'd keep it under 1hr, 30 min if you're trying to put on muscle. I do 45 min but I'm trying to lower my BF before the next cycle.

I'd add another cardio day, do it four days aweek. How many days do you lift?

No, you don't need to wait for an hour. Your body needs nuitrients. I'd have a high protien meal or shake after AM cardio.

I'm losing fat, it's very noticable yet I still weigh the same so I would say no, I'm not losing muscle but gaining. 4 weeks ago I was 218 and had a spare tire, today my stomach is flat (no six pack yet though)and my love handles are about gone and I still weigh 218. I can't wait to burn the rest of the mid section fat to see my abs. Plus my ass has gone down a lot also. My last bulker I went up to 240lbs but my BF was around 15%. I didn't count calories then like I do now. I just ate as much protien as I could along with brown rice and oats but I think I was getting too many cals ED....and all of the fat seemed to go to my ass and gut.
