Cruising???

For those of you cruise between cycles what do you prefer to cruise with enanthate ,cypionate , or something else?

i run real REAL low doses of prop EoD
but because test can kill collegen synthesis i will usually run 200mg Deca between cycles instead of test since deca not only increases collegen synthesis by like 300+% but increses synovial fluid which is great forme.. its like UBER rehab btween str training cycles. or i will run EQ instead of deca at 300mg/wk for same purposes. only thing is EQ doesnt increases synovial fluid like deca does BUT it does increase collegen synthesis more than deca

nope drop the test for about 6-10 weeks usually
i notice a MAJOR i mean HUGE HUGE improvement in my joints and connective tissue and usually my libido is never effected

The only androgen I cruise with is Proviron . That way can recover my HPTA completley between cycles.

cruising has nothing to do w/ recovery

bridging is the terminology for recovery.. briding is just utilizing a low dose to help retain gains w/o any sides

its all good but yeah
for briding nothing beats GH/Provirone
and both are really the only true bridges along w/ igf/slin
anything else will induce suppression not really making it a "Bridge" but more of a cruise

I am interested in doing this more for hrt my test levels are very low. I am going to run cycle starting in June and afterwards run something for hrt would would you run?

then 200-250mg/wk of testE/C should suffice
