which do u retain more gains with?
i had a long talk with some of my friends who juice today and i was asking about retaining gains. my last test e cycle i gained a fair bit of strenght but slowly lost about 50% of it. i also heard u keep about 0% off of d-bol, but figured i should ask. which roids (for bulking) do YOU retain most from after cycle. i heard tren is good for keeping gains.
p.s. i do know a good diet and consistent training must be used to keep anything at all. also pct helps.

P.S deit,proper training and pct = about 90% of kept gain's.

I think this whole issue of losing 'gains' when you come off stems from those who call water 'gains' which obviously will disappear post cycle. With proper PCT and diet there is no reason that you should keep 80-100% of your lean muscle gains.
