HELP BRO's

sup fellas, i'm in a little perdicament, i'm coming to the tail end of a 15 week cycle. I have two weeks left and I have two possible problems.

1) I've had pre pubertial gyno (not noticeable but a small lump) since I can remember, lately its been agitated and when I press on it very tiny secrections of liquid expell, although the gyno it self it not at all noticeable. I was thinking of coming off nolva and adding Letro but i'm not sure that this is necessary perhaps I should use a weaker AI with Nolva? This leads me to my second problem, my nuts are redicliously small, not that I care, but i want them producing as much test as possible as quickly as possible so for the last two weeks possibly three if I extend i'm going to add hcg at 500IU every 3days, I've read that this may spike estrogen levels which would be a problem for me as my levels are currently high. Please advise me on weather or not I should run letro or a weaker AI along with nolvadex . I plan on entering PCT with in the Next 2-3 weeks and I will use the normal Nolva Clomid during that time frame. Please advise fellas, on how you think I should run the AI. Thanks bro's .

run proper pc w/ aromasin
then after pct is done
and ur FULLY recovered run letro
start at 1.25mg ED run it for 2 weeks
that shud nerf it real good but not ELIMIATE IT.

sounds good bro, yeah I just want it to be haulted and not get worse, then we can try to reverse it a little after.. I do have a question though can i run the aromasin along with 20 mg nolva Ed strait up to pct and through? Also how much aromasin should I run along with it. Thanks bro.
