Help!!
I did my first shot of Test E in my shoulder on Tuesday
since then it has been painfull and looks swollen or to have had a little bit of fluid build up under the skin.
its not crazy swollen but it is noticibly less ripped looking than my other arm
I am sure the siringe was sterile, there was no air in the siringe, and I wiped before and after with an alcohol pad
Is this something to have checked out or will it heal it self.

It should be fine just sounds like some bruising because its a virgin muscle, keep an eye on it over the next few days see how you go, eventually the muscle will get use to being injected.

if the area becomes hot and red (increasing over the course of a few days) then that could be a problem. whats going on now seems normal.
if this is your first cycle try the glutes for a couple of weeks to see how the injections feel.

its not too sore anymore
but
there is fluid built up underneath the skin and is moving from my shoulder towards my elbow ( im thinking this is due to gravity)
it is slighty warmer than my other arm and has a flusher skintone.
i have put ice on it to try and bring some blood into the area to help any bruising that may have occurred in the muscles
I have also wrapt an ace bandage around my arm from my elbow up to my shoulder, tighter at the elbow and looser at the should er to try and help the underlying fluid disperse.
Lastly i have been keeping it elevated when I can.
Has this happend to anybody b4?
What is the worst case scenerio?Last edited by upstater12; 05-26-2006 at 10:57 AM.

same thing happened to me first 3 or 4 shots, after that it got better with everyone. It will be less painful in the gluts. Try massaging the area after doing the shot.
