I wonder if i can use Anavar just once in a week for a work out..

My questions would be the same for anadrol , D-bol, halotestine..

Some people use testosterone suspension before a work out to increase their agressivity.

Can i do that with any orals?

pointless imo...to get full benefits of the orals u have to run it for a few days...let it build in ur system...if i need more intesity i just listen to some hard music...

sure you can do that..but it is completely pointless!! It needs time to build up in your system to feel any effects

Not only does it need to build up, but it still could shut you down a bit as well. fluctuating your levels up and down...best to stick to a pre-workout cocktail like ECA, or caffine or such
