    Question critique 2nd MASS gain cycle!!

    weeks 1-11 Test E 500 mg/week
    weeks 1-10 Deca 400 mg/week
    weeks 1-6 D-Bol 30mg/day

    nolvadex if I feel I need it

    2 weeks after last Test E injection, Post-Cyle Therapy:

    first day 150 mg Clomid then 100 mg for 10 days then 50 mg for the last 10 days

    and Nolvadex 20 mg for the 21 days

    What do you guys think?? Should anything be changed or does it look good??

    Good basic cycle. Maybe use an AI for water retention, what is your history? Is this yoru first cycle? What are your stats please and we can better help you.

    2nd cycle, 5'9", 205 pounds, i think bodyfat is like 12%

    the cyle isnt bad..like SMAN said you need something for water retention...how is your diet and training? That could be the big difference in the results of your cycle.

    Doses are good then, how was your last cycle? notice any sides from the Test E? As Bigmax stated, the cycle is nothing unless your diet and training are 100%, but I am sure you already knew that! You may want to run the clomid a little longer than 21 days.... so have some extra on hand

    Good luck with it, keep us posted on results and make sure you have EVERYTHING including PCT BEFORE you start!!

    of course diet and training are in check,or i wouldnt even do the cycle, when bulking I get in 3g of carbs per pound of bodyweight, 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight, and i get my fats from flax oil, olive oil, peanut butter

    the training is intense expecially when on a cycle!

    I don't mind the water retention, i feel it helps with strength and joints
