    Bulking/Asthma

Is there anybody out there that has difficulty breathing while they are bulking up, because of their asthma and their weight.

If so what do you do to try and ease this problem?

    Thanks

I have asthma, but it is well under control. I use Advair. and have NO problems bulking, cutting or anything on or off cycle.

    Hope this helps

What type of asthma controller medication are you on? and when you feel the tightness does your Albuterol inhaler help?

Another factor is the grass pollen this time of year that may be causing a little tightness.

SMAN you should have your doc titrate you down to a single agent controller med (Flovent) since it is under control; LABA's (BiD) is like taking your Albuterol 4 times a day every day for the rest of your life. Beta 2 receptors are in the heart as well as the lungs. Some would argue the constant occupancy of the B2R dulls them out, and since they are occupied Short acting B2A (Albuterol) will have minimal effect over long term use.

ur diet.. clean it up ... just because ur bulking doesnt mean u need massive amounts of unhealthy foods and sodium .. that will help immensely
