    Igf-1 LR3 Supplementation

    I'll sumarize this best I can.
    I'm all about power. I do both power lifting and cleans and snatches. I train my body for explosive power in all areas.
    My stats:27 January 5'10'' around 220 at 14% body fat
    I've been running cycles since I was 16(). What I've found is that I love halotestin , I'm sensitive to any estrogen especially what comes from methyltest. Now that I've given you that bit of information that we all wish the newbies(I'm no newbie, check my membership I've been a while just more of a "searcher") would I can get down to the point. I'm ready to try igf I want to use it more cause of the hyplasia and connective tissue growth than anything else. What I need to know is what would I take to maximize these effects? What's connective tissue's "protein"? Glucosamine, chondrotin,collagen?

    I know this is more of a igf, hgh thread but I thought the boy s in this forum would now more about connective tissue.
