In nizoral the ingredient ketoconazole is an anti-fungal agent, but also has some anti-androgen properties which should work at the skin follicle level, in many cases it dries the problem up with excellent effect, it worth a try and try and get 2% nizoral

    Absolutely correct!
Ketoconazole effectively diminishes the Test induced oil (on skin) that clogs pores causing acne, bacne, shacne (shoulder acne, just coined by me).

This solution is complements of Hooker, source:

(this link has gone inactive so below are the contents)

Forget the acne soaps. Wash your back with Nizoral Shampoo (no, really). This is really weird, but that shampoo (the chemical in it is Ketoconazole) is a topical anti-androgen but it's effects are limited to the skin/scalp unless you take the pill form (or drink the shampoo). The results indicate that oral intake of itraconazole will result in therapeutic levels in the skin and these levels vary, depending on the region of skin tested. There are at least three routes of delivery of oral ketoconazole to the skin:

    1. Passive uptake by keratinocytes in the basal layer

    2. Excretion through the sweat glands

    3. (The important one) A massive excretion through the sebaceous glands

Sebum levels compared with the plasma levels are very high, even with oral ingestion, which prompted researchers to simply create a shampoo from the base chemical, to prevent androgenic alopecia (balding). There is almost no effective plasma level to cause an anti-androgenic effect in your body when you topically apply it.

I figured out that it would prevent acne, when I had some acne on my forehead during my first cycle (8 years ago when I was 19y.o.). I had been using Nizoral to prevent hairloss...anyway, you always get some shampoo on the top of your forehead when you wash your hair, and I noticed only that area was free of acne...sooo... long story short, I started using it as a topical acne treatment and my steroid -induced acne cleared right up. I guess that was my first real theory having anything to do with anabolics or whatever. Then a few years ago, I actually looked for validation on my theory, and found it...this study examines the pill form, but the shampoo is the same active ingredient, and won't have a noticable systemic effect, but rather will have a localized one wherever you apply it (to your bacne in this case).

    Int J Tissue React. 1988;10(2):111-3.

The effect of ketoconazole on sebum secretion in patients suffering from acne and seborrhoea.

    De Pedrini P, Rapisarda R, Spano G.

Clinica Medica Generale e Terapia Medica Institute, La Sapienza, University of Rome, Italy.

Ketoconazole, an imidazolic antimycotic derivative, has proved to have an antiandrogenous effect, which may be observed to inhibit the adrenal and gonadal steroid synthesis. The authors wished to verify this effect of the drug in men and women suffering from acne and seborrhoea, conditions believed to indicate a heightened androgenous effect in the sebaceous gland. They aimed to do this by studying the cutaneous sebum, which is considered a reliable indirect indicator of androgenous activity. They found a statistically significant decrease in the rate of sebum production in all patients administered with a single daily oral dose of ketoconazole (200 mg). Moreover no untoward side-effects were reported. The anti-androgenous property of ketoconazole would therefore suggest that the drug could be proposed as a useful alternative in the treatment of acne and seborrhoea.

how about going to the dermatologist and just being honest with him? It worked for me, he prescribed me some dioxicycline, some sort of gel, and something else.

Many have found success with Nizoral.
If it doesn't work for you keep exploring.
If something else works better, by all means enjoy.

A topical shampoo with properties capable of influencing/changing one's sexual orientation...PRICELESS!

Should the homosexual agenda proponents acquire this knowledge, it would either be sprayed from planes, put into the water supply or shot directly into us a la “The Cure” from X-Men 3.

So let's keep this info quiet.

Hey man, Tane sucks but works great. Go to a dermotologist, tel them you can't handle the acne and want to use accutane. Lets say he gives you 40 mg/ed. Take 20 every day or two. Low dose will work if your not totally covered in acne. Then you'll have some for future cycles and won't get the nasty sides.

A lot of people find a degreasing dish washing soap can work wonders. My last cycle I was broken out badly... the most recent which included my first go at trenbalone enanthate which has a reputation of being really bad with bacne... I havent had any acne anywhere throughout cycle and now into PCT but I have been using dawn dishwashing soap for daily showers this time. Last time dawn gave some relief but anytime I used bar soap which was about every other time I had massive overnight outbreaks... looked like I had chicken pox or small pox on back.

We have some gay guys for neighbors and a few doors down a lesbian couple. I tell you what... the gay guys are the only men I "dont" worry about my wife hanging around. I think the only place the "homosexual agenda" exists is in some left wing churches because the gays dont know anything about it. They dont seem to want to push their views on anyone, they just want to be themselves and happy. I dont know about you but these people are OK. I just do not see how if these two guys want to marry each other or if the 2 lesbians want to marry each other how its going to effect my marriage with my wife and I am going to teach my kids not to discriminate against people like them.

If you don't want to deal with taking more things, I have had a good bit of success with Dead Sea Salt Soap (I think the company is Ahava) and a good back scrubber. Tanning seems to help dry the oil out too.

did u take the doxycicline while on cycle????????? isnt that shit harsh on ur liver its a tetracycline antibiotic, i take minocycline inbetween cycles but i always just figured it would be a bad idea to take it on cycle, like taking accutane on cycle is a bad idea, i just dont think being on an antibiotic for months while also taking all the other shit we take is very smart
