Supplements and aas
I am trying to figure out what works the best and I wanted to know if any supplements really help with the juice. I am already consuming 330 grams of protein a day, so don't say whey. I meant more along the lines of Nitro supplements (Nitro-Tech or whatever). I just started creatine two days ago (Cell Tech). I get incredible responses from it without juice, so I was hoping to get even more with it. Water intake is my only concern with creatine, so I am paying attention to that.
I'm 23, 310lbs 5'8, 9 years training
My cycle is 500mg test en wks 1-10
and dbol 50mg ed wks 1-4

nitro supplements give me the trots, some people like them, i personally dont. other than a multivitamin there really isnt anything essential that will make that much of a difference assuming your getting all your vitamins, minerals, and bcaa's from the food you eat. its kind of an open ended question withouts seeing your diet, becuase im going to assume you already are taking flax.

I was told to do stuff like flax, fish oils and all of the good fats. By the way I am about 20% bf. (Maybe just under now) Don't pick on fat powerlifters.

That weight/bodyfat is unhealthy for that height. I'd look to losing some fat naturally and do your heart a favor before you keel over.

I was up over 300lbs at 6'1". I can't imagine trying to hold that weight at 5'8". Jesus bro. Not dawging ya, but you need to cut brotha.

wat i do is keep on high protein supplements while on cycle for the protein synthesis and creatine while off to keep the weight and strength up thats just what i personally do oo yeah and mine mens mega mutli vit

i'd recommend milk thistle for your liver which can be assaulted by the dbol ...
take care of your body and hopefully it will take care of you.
