    Very worried.. please help..

I mentioned a painful injection in the tricep a few days ago to which most of the responses said it was unlikely an infection. Now a few days later the pain has lessened but the swelling and redness has spread to my upper tricep all the way down below my elbow. Is this an infection, should I go to a doctor?

definetly go see the doc, I would also advice not shooting the triceps, your much safer sticking to the delts, glutes, and quads.

Def go to the doctor, it would suck to lose a limp over something stupid like waiting it out
