frustrating first injection experience... help appreciated
i just have a quick question for everyone...
i was just making my first sust250 injection last night before bed. this was my first injection of anabolics ever. i tried to draw out half of the amp (1mL=250mg) and i would get another syringe ready with the second half of sust250 for 3.5 days later. However, I had the hardest time drawing the sust into the syringe. I put the tip of the 23guage 1.5 inch 3cc needle into the opened amp and brought back the plunger, but this weird vaccuum seemed to be produced. I would draw the plunger back and the syringe would just fill with air. When I took my hand away the plunger would automatically go back to 0cc. This happened with several different syringes/needles that i tried.
finally i had to just hold the needle tip into the amp and quickly draw the plunger up and down like i was plunging the world's smallest toilet. after this method i got about 1/2 mL of sust, but found that there was only like .25mL left in the amp (some must have been wasted/spilled). this method is inefficient, ineffective and i'm pretty sure not standard protocol.
later i put the same needle and syringe into a cup of water and drew back on the plunger and the needle sucked up water just fine, no problems whatsoever. this leads me to believe that the syringes were not defective.
what do you think that I could do to improve for my next injection in about three days?

r u storing it in the fridge or something cause u dont have to and when u pull back the plunger just hold it there it will fill up slowly

First time i used sust it was the same, the oil is thick and goes in faster if you warm it up or use a 18g pin then change it back to a 23g or 25g. If you dont have any, warm it up in a cp of warm water for a couple minutes then pull back on the plunger and be patient, it will come...

i had the same problem best fix is:
1 use a lower gauge needle to draw 19gauge etc
2 pull back the plunger and wait about 20-30 secs to draw the oil in.
3 warm up the amp but it will still take time with a 23 guage.

Of course the water is going to go in a lot easier then the Sust. Sust is oil based so it’s going to be a lot thicker then the water. It is going to go into the syringe a lot slower. Next time put the needle in and pull the plunger back to create pressure and wait about 30 seconds to a minute. If the syringe does not start filling pull the plunger back a little more to create more pressure. If you are using a 23 gauge needle then it could take about 5 minutes to draw your sust. Remember oil is a lot thicker then water so it’s going to take more pressure and a lot more time to get it into the syringe.

Draw back the plunger all the way then insert the needle into the vial. Push all the air into the vial. Now slowly pull back on the plunger. You should have a much easier time pulling the sus into your syringe. Pushing air into the vial will help with the vacuum effect.

I would do that and also use a larger needle to draw. Maybe an 18 or 20 guage.

Just use a 18g needle to withdraw and use your 23g to inject.

same here.... pull with 18, shoot with 23.. never a problem...

i had this problem.. if youd ont think you can get a larger needle to suck it up before your next injection then try pulling the plunger back and sitting and staring at it for 5 minutes it should suck in there very very slowly but the vaccum you created should handle it

i just was doing one mL over the first week to make sure that it was legit and i didn't react negatively to it... just taking it for a test drive. I'm also working with 30mg DBOL /day for the first four weeks. i will be working my way up to 500mg/week of the sust (2amps), but i'm injecting every three days right now at low dosages and then will go to eod injections at higher dosages.
this is my first cycle... i'm 22 years old, 6'0" 228, 17%bf.

I'd like to ask dumb question. This is my first time taking sust and it comes in a tiny bottle. I tried opening it and shattered the glass and was affraid that I got some glass in it. Ok the dumb question, how do you open that bottle safely?
Thanks in advance.

you're going to need to get an ampule opener. it's basically a little gadget that you put over the narrow top of the amp and it has a little razor blade in it. when you turn the opener around the top of the amp a few times it scores the glass and you can snap it off after that.
good luck.

Back to the original question.
I heat my gear up w/a hair dryer for about 20 seconds, draws up much faster.

Warm the gear in a cup of hot water when thined enough take out, pul back 1 ml of air in the syringe place in the oil push the air in the oil then draw slowly you should fin that alot easer., worked for me I used to always cock up, if your not sure look at the educational threads, they give ggod advice.
