X shoots, he scores!
Ladies and Gentlmen (Nathan, too!)
When I starting this cycle I set three goals for myself.
X is proud to say that two of those goals have now been attained.
1. Break the 300 pound mark on bench. I did this two weeks ago and I am still going up.
2. Hit 190 pounds of body weight. I weigh weekly on Monday's and today I was 191 pounds.
3. Hook up with bisexual-twin-sister-super-models that wanna use X as a boy toy.....
...well, two outta three aint bad.

Lately though, it's been all bench work....
Flat bench.
Incline bench (Smith rack)
Decline Bench.
I will be changing it up soon, so probably get back to some dumbells.

300 is sick I have a friend thats 178 and he got 330 the other day. He tries to tell us that he hasn't juiced yet but I find it hard to believe. I do have to say for his size you wouldnt think that he coould do 330. Thats my only reason for being unsure if he has used gear yet or not

good job on reaching your goalss.....however, i'd hate to see you become satisfied with reaching only two of those goals. don't stop til you get to goal #3, and when you do, videotape it and send copies.

Man that is awesome biker. Good job man. Gives me something to shoot for with my 245 bench. Course then again I don't do flat bench, only incline and dumbell press. After I saw my buddy tear a pec doing flat bench with a bar, no more for me.
Biker if you do accomplish your third goal, and if you need some help with those twins, I am always around the corner, so just give me a buzz. You know Juice makes ya impotent eh? oh wait I have it backwards haaa..

My cycle may never end, that is the only problem. I am now entering phase three and unfortunately, it must end someday.
I gained four pounds in the last week and I am starting to get the "are you on steroids " questions again.....
5 more weeks and I am coming off.

Great gains man..... they're only gonna get hight too. I think 300lbs is good for any weight under 250. Im weighing in at 205lb now. I remember when i first got 300 a while back , i was around 220 . I was so happy about it , now i cant wait till i start my first cycle after hearing your improvements

300 lbs eh? pretty good, is that on the smith machine or free weight?
i did 100Kg (222lbs) for 3 reps on the smith machine, decline (not incl weight of the bar) i was 74Kgs (163lbs) at the time
just about to start my first cycle - reckon i can make 300lbs bench?
well i'm gonna die trying anyway

my best is 150kg (330lbs) x 7 (not smith machine)

I have done number 3, after you bust off it's not a big deal, but yeah 300 at 190 is awesome good job!

4yrs ago I hit my 1RM flat bench. 315lbs I was 170lbs. All natual just creatine & other supps. Decline/flat PARTIALS on smith machine 405lbs for reps. Now after 2.5 yrs off & on test/tren I still have not reached that yet! But no big deal ,lifting that much may hurt me besides I go for the pump,contoured muscells not just puffy
